The role
We’re on the hunt for an innovative, results driven Programmatic Sales Lead to help drive the strategic sales and delivery of our media products.  This a collaborative role where you get to be part of a high performing, fast paced sales team.

What You’ll Do

As the Programmatic Sales Lead you will identify, pursue and negotiate new partnership deals across a wide range of categories including tech, bus-finance, lifestyle, auto and travel.  You will manage all facets of business development including prospecting, closing, implementing and relationship management, to growing & building successful long-term relationships.

What We’re Looking For

  • Solid experience and a robust understanding of platforms and a history of collaboration with trading and operations teams to develop, grow and continuously improve performance of programmatic inventory for the business.
  • 5+ years minimum experience in media, programmatic trading, or a technical client-facing role, coming from an AdTech sales background.
  • Perhaps you will be a Programmatic Lead or Data & Technology Lead within a programmatic trading desk where you are finding solutions for clients and have an even strategic, commercial and technical skill set.
  • Comfortable in a high-pressure sales environment with proven experience selling solutions to key decision makers.
  • Managed all facets of the sales cycle including prospecting, closing, implementing and relationship management to exceed sales targets.
  • A skilled negotiator with keen interest with closing deals and working with trading teams at digital agencies.
  • A can-do, proactive work ethic and a results driven mindset – you’re happy to get involved with any task required to get the job done.
  • Be the programmatic champion within the media sales team – live and breathe programmatic and support the wider sales team on our programmatic journey.

We’d love it if you:

  • Have experience or knowledge in RTB and programmatic environments.
  • Have direct experience closing deals with partners in the programmatic space.
  • Have technical knowledge with any of the following platforms and tools: excellent Excel use, SQL, AWS, Google Suite, any DSP and/or DMPs.
  • Have knowledge of culture, trends and innovation in the digital space.
