Ben offers over 25 years of Executive experience across leading consumer brands, sports leagues and entertainment companies, both within Australia and internationally. He is the current Chairman of the North Melbourne Football Club.
Past roles include Executive Director of Sports and Content partnerships at Foxtel, Chief Executive of Football Federation Australia (FFA), Chief Operating Officer of the Australian Football League (AFL) Executive Vice President of Australia for Electronic Arts and Marketing Director of NIKE Inc in Japan and Australia.
ROB KERR

Rob is a seasoned Executive in both the Sports and Management Consulting sectors. Past roles within sport include General Manager of Football at Essendon Football Club and CEO of the AFL Players Association.
With a PhD in Psychology and a Grad Dip in Labour Relations Law, Rob specializes in Executive assessment and selection, Executive Coaching and Organisational and Leadership Development. He has previously been General Manager of Leadership Development Firm, Harbour Future Leaders and Senior Consultant for International Management Consulting firm PDI Ninth House.

Former Chief Executive Officer of the Australian Football League (AFL), Andrew has been a CEO across a number of business sectors.
Andrew is currently non Executive Director of Crown Resorts, Chairman of Capital Health Group and Cox Architects and sits on the Australian Reconciliation Council.
